Can boredom make you fall asleep? Explain please! I believe it can, but I'm not sure why so if someone could help me out with this it would be great!

When you're bored your posture becomes slouched and your breathing becomes shallow, which in turn slows down the amount of oxygen getting to your brain. When you're not getting enough oxygen to your brain, you start to become sleepy and you begin to yawn to replenish the oxygen to your brain. Next time you're in class, try to sit up straight and take a few deep breathes to make it through that boring class... ( :
