anytime you have an inequality involving absolute values, you'll prolly have to solve two inequalities to solve without the absolute value... here you'll need to solve: \(\Large 2x+7 \le 27 \) AND \(\large 2x+7 \ge -27 \) the solution set is the intersection of these two sets.... can you solve both of these inequalities?

For the first one I got x≤10 and the second one I got x≥-17

yes... so this is a conjunction AND, the solution set is "all x less than or equal to 10" AND " all x greater than or equal to -17"....
