Rafael wrote the statements shown in the chart. Statement Description 1 If a point lies outside a line, then exactly one plane contains both the line and the point. 2 If two points lie in a plane, then the line joining them lies in that plane. Which option best classifies Rafael’s statements? Statement 1 is a theorem because it can be proved and Statement 2 is a postulate because it is a true fact. Statement 1 and Statement 2 are postulates because they are true facts. Statement 1 is a postulate because it is a true fact and Statement 2 is a theorem bec

Which option best classifies Rafael’s statements?
the last part is cut off, but I remember this exact problem
the two statements look to me like they aren't obvious, so that would make me think they aren't postulates however, they can be proven, so that's why I'm thinking they are theorems
i would say the second one becuase they are both postulates it states it in the discription postulates are straight forward theorems are more like if you add x this by that then y this should be the same do you understand what im saying?
yeah
THANK YOU(:
no prob glad i could help are you doing flvs
thanks for the medal
Incorrect: Statement 1 and Statement 2 are postulates because they are true facts. I guess it is: Statement 1 and Statement 2 are theorems because they can be proved.
