Can someone please show me how to work this out? f(x) = 2x^4 − 6x^2 − 56 (a) Find all the real zeros of the polynomial function.

this is a quadratic equation in \(x^2\). you can see this by substituting \(y=x^2\) into your equation - you should end up with a quadratic equation in y.
