a student measures the speed of yellow light in water to be 2.00 x 10(to the 8th power) meters per second, 1.87 x 10(to the 8th power) meters per second, and 2.39 x 10(to the 8th power) meters per second. if the accepted value for the speed is 2.25 x 10(to the 8th power) meters per second, the students measurements are 1) precise, only 2) accurate, only 3)both precise and accurate 4)neither precise nor accurate and why ? please someone help, thank you!

a) Find average b) Find standar error c) Compare with accepted value

i think precise because precision is the degree of resolution and both measurements are resolved to 2decimal places not accurate because the values are different
