Millions of individuals search interminably for an ideal formula to understand why some people are successful, and some are not. (6) A great deal of people became extraordinarily successful, and accomplished their goals in the public eye. Well, being successful is not about what they can make happen for themselves, but to emphasize others on what they can make happen for everyone else. (9) Being successful requires having a profusion of goals and plans. Although this may be true, taking one day at a time builds a great, victorious person. (7b) Success consists of goals, attitude, and the precious time. Success isn't accidental, its intentional. People are not going to accidentally accomplish their dreams. They are not going to by chance lose a hundred pounds. The key to this is having plans and goals. If people want to lead up to the right destination they need to know where their going, and how they are going to get there. (6) Like a person who is prostrate, floating in the sea in a floatable chair. (7b) After being in the water for two hours, the current took them far from the standing point. As well as the spasmodic movements that turned the chair in a different direction, yet this is just like life. To become a successful person, have goals and plans set in place, so it leads to the right direction. Without goals its inestimable to measure our success. When people do not develop goals in their life, it becomes imperceptible. They get distracted and loose focus. Goals take ten, or even fifteen years to accomplish. Suppose a family of ten lived in a small apartment, ten years later they own a home. If accomplishments of goals succeed in a year or two, those goals are too small. People need to set goals that will take them ten, twenty years to accomplish. Being convoluted in plans helps success. Smaller goals are there, so when they are accomplished, have a fete, and celebrating the victories. While there is still a long way to a successful journey. Success means keeping a positive attitude the whole way. Along the path, people can't compare themselves to others, because that will keep them from getting at their goals. Negativity and disparaging themselves will keep them from succeeding. Emanating the negative energy from their minds, builds more successful individuals that will develop a great sense of gratitude, and accept the responsibility of their failures. If someone dealt with an addiction at the cessation they overcame the battle, they should go out there, and help someone else in the same situation. It's absolutely voluptuous that someone becomes successful, so they can help others. (6) Another amenable people should include in their attitudes for success, is accepting that not everything is going to go their way. People get so frustrated and tremulousness when they don't see the results that they want, so they easily quit. Successful people have a conscience beside them that will aid them to the right direction, and conquer the toughest battles. Time is precious, its impossible to go back in time, and change the way some people wanted to do things. Everything eventually does happen for a reason. If someone was to get fired from a job, there's another better job out there. But time should be used wisely. A successful person shouldn't be a procrastinator. Minds are full of procrastination, always thinking its some other time to be doing something where it should be done right now. People have queues of plans and goals that gets people to have giddiness, anxiety, and discord on things in their life. If goals are put off to the side, chances are they will never get done. There was a boy who did use his time in an interesting manner. He was trying to get a job in a company, so he wrote a letter everyday to them. Feeling suddenly hopeless, he went down to the company to talk to someone. (9b) When he finally got there, he asked to talk to someone who was in charge. The president, who worked there had a grimace on his face, and his imperious demands scared a lot of people. (12) The president was a very disreputable person, that would have a disapprobation on everything someone would say. The boy started talking to the president, asking if he got any of his letters. Suddenly, he had a dissent on everything. The man, put a smile of his face, and said that he got all 360 letters. (12) The boy was very illimitable, he didn't let time stop him. He took the time out of his life, and planned to get that job by writing all those letters. Even though none of his letters were answered, he succeeded and still got the job. Time didn't limit him. At the end of the day everyone values success in a different way. People are going to have different plans and goals than others. Success is about the goals, the attitude, and the time. Being successful isn't going to happen overnight unless those three things are set in the right path. People who dispute on themselves about not succeeding, that is their reason. They are not putting the effort to writing down their goals, and how they are going to accomplish them. They have all the negativity, and the uneasy thoughts that puts the goals off until they never do them. Success takes all the time in the world, it might take years until the goals are accomplished, but if people keep a positive attitude thinking they can do it, then success is by their door step.

"The president, who worked there had a grimace on his face, and his imperious demands scared a lot of people." In this sentence, there are some grammar problems. "The president of the company's imperious demands, always delivered with a grimace, scared many people." might work better.
