thank you to answer  my question, actually, i am a fresh man who just try to write scientific paper recently, my main difficult is how to organize the the structure of the paper and how to manage my references.

First Of all go by your thoughts then  write them down , or go by your thesis Is a great Idea  I mean...And Refrences you have to use Critical thinking about that.

~ Come up with a topic.
~ Come up with THREE main points about that topic.  Then, write at least three supporting facts or examples about EACH topic.
~ You'll need a clear thesis.

Five paragraphs:
1.  Introduction:  This is a prequel to your paper.  Include your thesis, as well as a mention of your three main points.  Tell you readers what your paper is about.

2.  Discuss main point one.

3.  Discuss main point two.

4.  Discuss main point three.

~~ Make sure to only cover ONE main point per paragraph so you don't confuse your readers.

5.  Conclusion:  Summarize your paper.  Restate your thesis and your three main points.    Tell your readers what they have just read.
