the limit of f(x) as x approaches 3 from the left equals 2 but from the right it does not exist. What function would fit this criteria?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you could make a piecewise function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for example the line \(x-1\) for \(x\leq 2\) and \(\frac{1}{x-2}\) for \(x>2\)

that is just one example, you can probably think of many others, or at least draw some pictures that would capture the idea.
