What is the relationship between power and temperature rise ? i want to know when a switchgear _i mean electrical pannel_ work in a site, how the temperature rise in invironment?

The Stefan–Boltzmann law, states that the emissive power is directly proportional to the fourth power of the thermodynamic temperature. i.e.
\[Power = k \times T^{4}\] where k = Stefan–Boltzmann constant.
