and we have to change the value of the resistor and that value should appear on the monitor of computer...

Make a progrmam in C++ such that it gives an output in the com port in a sequence of 4, connect the output to a UL IC from the IC get the relays triggered, with a time controlled relay you can operate solenoids. The circuit will be with little Electro-pneumatic, Electronic, mechanical with some C++ programmin.....hope this meets the requirement
