Someone please suggest me good book about Differential Equation....
Advanced Engineering Math - Erwin Kreyzig if you are not into engineering then try Multivariable Calculus by Stewart
Thanks :)
what are you looking for though? engineering or non engineering applns?
I suggest start with stewart and then move on to Kreyzig, Kreyzig can be bit too much to read, if you are not good at basics
I'm a physics student. Should I start with Stewart first?
Well I would say keep stewart with you, (makes understanding bit easy), go ahead with Kreyzig. Kreyzig talks a lot about applied Math which is prob. what you want , examples of Diff. equations.
That makes sense. I read Math. Method fo Physical Science by Mary L. Boas, if you had read it. How's it compared to Stewart?
I am not sure i have used that as I have used the ones I suggested and couple of others. So cant give an opinion
Heheh, thanks again for your suggestion. I think I'll go for Stewart right away :)
if you find stewart TOO easy, move on to Kreyzig, will keep you focussed : )
Okay-okay, don't know if i have money to buy the two of them though.
alternatively a book by Boyce will be of great help to you, as you are Physics student why buy them? Borrow from Library as and when required
What's the title? Ahah, i'm not really in a place where I can find any book in my library :)
