the equation will be
y=mx+c
y=(4/5)x+c
now put any point say (x,y)=(4,6) in this and find c

so i chose (4,6) ..... (4,6) is one point only, not 2.
when i put that in y = (4/5)x + c
i get
6=(4/5)*4 +c
now find c from here.
