What is the value of the coefficient of "a" when the quadratic equation y = (3x + 1)(3x − 2) is written in standard form?

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

standard form is: y=ax^2+bx+c, so you need to change that to this form.

OpenStudy (bahrom7893):

y = 9x^2+blah blah.... coefficient a is 9

haha blah blah blah....:)
