7+4x-9=-6

x is always a loner remember

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1st do 7+(-9)=?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2nd the answer would be -2 and you would add that as: (-2+2)+4x=-6+2 3d you remove the 2's which become: 4x=-6+2 then add the right side and u get: 4x=-4 and now you have to divide because that's the opposite of multiplying to make the X forever alone : so you do 4x/4 (as a fraction) equals to x=-4/4 and that becomes x= -1
