to solve this kinda problem first bring all the variable terms to the left side of the equation and the constant terms to the right side of the equation.. Then solve the formed equation my adding or subtracting like terms or dividing and multiplying like terms as per the question requires... :)

u can reduce that fraction. take 2 common from numerator and cancel it it get -3 in denominator, then u are left with \(\huge \frac{2 \pm 2i\sqrt2}{-3}\) is this one of the answer choice ?
