What is the graph of the inequality? x ≥ –3 A. http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/hh639/zigzagoon20001/A_zpsf5730ddb.png B. http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/hh639/zigzagoon20001/B_zps6c47dff8.png C. http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/hh639/zigzagoon20001/C_zpsd8758857.png D. http://i1255.photobucket.com/albums/hh639/zigzagoon20001/D_zps34704f51.png

Try it out!

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

A filled in dot on the number line represented the "equal to" part of the in equality

OpenStudy (anonymous):

first think "x=-3" which is a vertical line at x=-3. Then think, what is greater than -3? Well it is all the values to the right of the line that you made @ negative three. Since the inequality is not strict, its a solid line at 3 not dotted.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, I'm a little lost. I'm thinking it's D.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

close, you'll need a solid dot.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then, B I presume.

OpenStudy (baldymcgee6):

Remember the solid dot INCLUDES -3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm assuming B is correct, yes?

It seems to make the most sense to me.
