This is True. Do you know why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would say because they look alike lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i clicked on true and it was wrong...its false.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay haha well here is the reasoning.... AC is congruent to DF (based on the tic mark) do u follow so far?? tic mark means they are congruent :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@iheartfood ur wrong :(

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh i'm sorry but it looks like it should be true... is this like a test or something?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

practice test lol

OpenStudy (tyteen4a03):

@ayojenn That's not gonna work in exams. Notice that there isn't enough angles/sides to form AAS, SSS, SAS (etc), so your bet would be to look at RHS. However, since AB and DE can have different lengths and still make a triangle, the answer is false. @iheartfood

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol thanks

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh :( i am sooo sorry!! I totally forgot about AAS, SSS, and SAS etc..... i took this a while ago :( i'm soorryyy but i see it now... @ayojenn they're trying to trick u (and it worked for me! lol) because it seems like it would be congruent since one side was congruent and there were 2 right angles, but for it to be completely congruent, there would need to be another congruent side or congruent angle shown in the image. does that make sense now? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lmao yes yes i got it :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

cool :) and sorry again lawlz ;0
