OCW Scholar - Single Variable Calculus 7 Online

Does this course give the student a college certificate or credit of some when completed within the parameters set forth?

OpenStudy (datanewb):

No, it does not give a certificate. They do not grade your tests or check your progress. It is free and a great tool for self-motivated self-learners, and a supplement to those taking a similar course at another institution.

Thank you so much!

There are other websites that do offer certificates of completion: EDX (.org) offers courses from Harvard, MIT, Berkeley and Coursera (.org) offers many, many from Ivy League schools, very good site. Udacity (.com) has some unusual offerings, very good and HippoCampus (.org) has great math and science multi-media courses, excellent. There are more, but these are the creme de la creme, if you ask me. Lemme know if you need more.

No, it's just a really useful tool for AP Calc, College Calc, or the summer-before-entering-college-I-need-to-review-for-placement-tests rush. (I'm an incoming freshman as you can see)
