its my thesis sentence. im trying to say that the officer is going against the pupose of salvation because he believes you can only get salvation through pain and self destruction.

Is this something like what you were going for? I didn't know what you meant by "glimpse period" so I just left that out.

sounds good, my grammer so sucks i had my professor review and he said its good yet full of grammer mistakes, thks oh the glimpse part was because the officer has this machine for prisoners and he kills them in it and right before they die some how the officer believes there being redemed..its actually a good story called In the Penal Colony by Franz Kafka,,,oh thanks again appreciate it
