yes it is greater because both numbers must be a negative number an a negative times a negative is a positive

Yes I just don't understand how to do the problem
well both x and y are less than 0 anything less than 0 is a negative therefore it is greater than 0, say both x and y were -1, -1times-1=1 POSITIVE 1 which is greater than 0
