@UnkleRhaukus I did not know. Googling rendered the following: "Short for Binary Coded Decimal, BCD is also known as packet decimal and is numbers 0 through 9 converted to four-digit binary." http://www.computerhope.com/jargon/b/bcd.htm

its in decimal only. so simply add as you would add two decimal numbers

BCD is like converting each digit into Binary 921 base 10 = 0000 1001 0010 0001 763 base 10 = 0000 0111 0110 0011 Add them together still the same answer.. 1684 base 10 = 0001 0110 1000 0100
