Well there is a formula for 3 order equations like that, but it is very complicated and I can't show you how to get it because I don't remember, and is a fun thing to know but not usefull at all. Since this equation is complete, and by that I mean that it has all the coeficients, I don't know of any easy way of doing it without using the formula.
