What happens if I give low/high input to a 74163 i.e. 4 -bit synchronous counter?

it'll increase the output by 1, in binary. if you continue to give the high low pulses, it'll count from 0 to 15 in binary and then again reset to 0 after every15.

it'll count from 0000 to 1111
