Kreb's cycle occurs at the inner membrane of the mitochondrion. Is this correct?

The Krebs cycle is in the space inside the mitochondrion. There is technically one membrane-bound step, but... I think this question is talking about the entirely membrane-bound process that produces a lot of ATP by creating a charge difference across the inner membrane.
