I want to say that the plasma membrane is found in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. There is also cytoplasm in both prokaryotic and eukaryotic cells. In both types of cells the plasma membrane is a phospholipid bilayer with embedded proteins. Both cells also have a nucleus structure although they are completely different; in eukaryotic cells the cells have a membrane-bounded nucleus unlike that of a prokaryotic cell. Both types of cells contain ribosomes.
