Two of those are obviously false, so you should be able to get the answer through process of elimination. In reality, though, the most important requirement for speciation is some sort of (genetic) isolation, e.g. one part of a population ending up on an island away from the rest of the population. Without a split like that, speciation is EXTREMELY unlikely, maybe even impossible.
