I can probably help with this one based on what I know about the other choices. Let's run down these together:

I'd go with the Taliban. They were fundamentalist Muslims who were extremely strict about the interpretations of how to live your life in accordance with the Qu'ran. They took control of Afghanistan following the Soviet withdrawal and the civil war that tore the country apart afterwards. They became the ultimate victors in the mid-90s.

They had also been Afghani freedom fighters against the Soviets (mujaheddin), but they didn't take control of the government under that name. Sharia is the name of the strict Muslim way of life that they imposed on Afghanistan. And the Revolutionary Guard are an elite military force...in Iran.

But the easiest way to figure this one out is googling the story name. It looks like the full name of it is "My Forbidden Face: Growing up Under the Taliban, A Young Woman's Story"
