Chiral carbon is the carbon that bonds with four different alkyl groups, examples are
Chiral carbons are marked with asterisk *.

Non-chiral carbons are the carbons that bonds with two or more same alkyl group
Note that extra bonds such as double or triple bond in carbons are Not chiral.
