for reviewing elementary and high school math  - i dont think its a gud idea to refresh entire algebra/arithmetic once, and then moving to geometry, then to trigonometry,  then to calculus... 

i would prefer to review stuff based on the way they teach in highschool - like, opening a 5th grade math book, finish it, then 6th, then 7th... and lastly 12th.... that may take u  ~ 6 months - 2 years. depends...

Thank you for your advice and the link.  Please see if you can suggest me a single book or two (soft or hard copies) which cover all of this.  I can spend ~ 2 - 3 hours a day and more hours on Sundays studying math.  Recently I have started liking this more than anything.
