Click on its username you'll get a option that become a fan ...
and next on his reply to your question there's a option of report abuse click on that ... and its all fine then submit that.

message the people on this website that the picture is outlined purple and like mine is orange message the people with purple they are the people who have control to do that stuff.

report and send with a comment on what they are doing and in what section

if it is serious and chronic harassment then contact anybody purple, who will direct you to a member of administration that can stop the behavior

There is a difference between block and reporting.

Block: If you block a user then the user will not be able to communicate with you and vice-versa .

Report abuse : This will give a kind notice to mods/admins that the respective user is breaking the rules / code-of-conduct or anything else.
