Inverse function derivative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[F(x)= 2x^{3}+3x ^{2}+7x+4\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[Find (f ^{-1})(4)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what does the derivative have to do with anything if all you want is \(\large f^{-1}(4) \) ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

since f(0) = 4, then \(\large f^{-1}(4)=0 \)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oops

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Its the f inverse derivative

OpenStudy (anonymous):

WE have to finf \[(f ^{-1} )\prime(4)\]
