how many Solution Does an Equation have when you isolate the Variable and is equal a Constant?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Number of solutions depend on the degree of the variable so a quadratic equation will always have 2 solutions. If the equation only has one degree then once you isolate the variable, the constant on the other side is your solution.
