OpenStudy (nastech):

Mechanical springs are said to be connected in series if the same force passes through each and in parallel if the deflections in all the springs aare equal. if in parallel, their equivalent stiffness is given by k=k1+k2+.....+kn. if in series the equivalent stiffness is given by 1/k=1/k1+1/k2+....+1/kn. write an M-file that prompts the user for the type of connection(series or parallel) and the number of springs n and then computes the equivalent stiffness.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is a M-file?

OpenStudy (nastech):

a series of matlab codes

OpenStudy (aravindg):

srry is that a math qn?

OpenStudy (aravindg):
