A certain mountain has an evelution of 19,542 feet. I 1912, the glacier on this peak covered 9 acres. By 2003 this glacier had melted to only 1 acre. (a) Assume that this glacier melted at a constant rate each year. Find the yearly rate. (b) Use your anser from part (a) to write a linerar equation that gives the acreage A of this glacier t year past 1912.

so the time frame is 85 year... so its reduced by 1 acre in 85 years... write this as a acres/year
