If (4,0) is a point on the graph of y=f(x), which of the following must be on the graph of y=-f(x)? It would be (-4,0) correct?

hero (hero):

Were you given a graph or a formula along with this question?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

nope.

hero (hero):

Well if f(0) = 4, then it is logical to reason that if all that happened was someone placed a negative in front of it, then It should become -f(0) = -4, then (-4,0) should be correct.

awesome, thanks :)
