I'm way too tired to type out an explanation of this so just read this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Standard_deviation#Basic_examples and follow the prescribed steps. Basically, find the average value, subtract that from each value and square the result, then take the square root of the average of that number. That's your standard of deviation. Then, just find out which elements of your list are further away from the average of the list ± your standard of deviation and write those down.
