I want improve my English writing (composition) and Oratory Skills. What are the suggested book and other resources. I do not know what my standard is, I need proper guidance on how to choose the books or online courses etc.

I would recommend to read the Harry Potter series. Although a fantasy story it helped to increase my vocabulary and how to write proper meaningful sentences.Village by the sea is also a good novel to read.It's prescribed in my country for English Literature.

To learn how to write, you need to read a lot. You will develop your vocabulary and learn different writing styles. Read fictional writings (stories or novels) and factual ones (a history book or something like that). For oratory skills, you can just practice speaking English. What you can do is read out loud also (to get the pronunciation of the words).

I am well aware of the fact that much reading is required to be able to Write well. I read News papers, Columns, and science books. I really need a book that would help me start off on understanding different styles of writing and improve vocabulary. Books like Miyuru's suggestion. I also blog and the bog is ill structured.
