how do u start an essay?
Before you even start an essay you need to brainstorm on ideas.
Then you just need an introduction your 3 supporting points and a conclusion
Well first its the introduction. In the last sentence of the introduction you have the thesis
I find sometime it helps to write the body before the introduction, but that's a personal preference. Of course, you need to plan out what you are going to say first, and fill in the details later once you have a better idea of what you are writing about. Some other tips - unless your teacher specifies otherwise, you don't *always* have to stick to the typical "intro, 3 body paragraphs, conclusion" format. Be creative!
