I am confused. I don't understand what I just read. What is this for?
[Your second question should begin with the word "was" instead of "is". You don't "tell" someone a memoir. It is  record of events that have taken place in one's life, like a biography or autobiography. Therefore I don't understand how that can be connected to a lie you told. "BOOM!" is also out of place. There is no punctuation mark or conjunction before it. This is very unclear in meaning.]
