What measures are being taken to prevent people from getting others to do their homework for them? It seems there are more than a few that either a)open and close a question until someone answers it completely, or b)sign in under multiple names.

The biggest measure to prevent people from doing the work for others, is to let the asker participate in the solution process.

There are responders that are confused about the intention of this site since it is not designed as the usual static responses.  There are also those that are confused about the definition of "help" and "study".

Overall, we rely on the honor system, and peer to peer relations to maintain a relatively stable balance on the issue :)

Gotcha. It seemed to me over the last few days that I've been seeing more cut and paste questions in the physics section. I try to ask what someone has done first, before helping. 

All in all, I'm  very pleased with the experience here. Thanks for your help.
