My answer would be C++,and the motivation would be the fact that is one of the oldest high level programming languages that is still in general use .Its features have been constantly updated and thus i think the data types this language offers suit the needs of many programmers. And i also think your question shouldn't be about the number of data types the language supports,rather than about which programming language has the best combination of data types available or the data types of which programming language are the most usable and richest ?
