A rock is thrown from the top of a 20-m building at an angle of 53º above the horizontal. If the horizontal rage of the throw is equal to the height of building, with what speed was the rock thrown? Where should I start?

OpenStudy (ash2326):

height of building=20 meter range is also the same ( given in the question)

Well, we know that x = -y and x= Vocosθ t and y = Vosinθ t + 1/2 gt² so... -Vocosθ t = Vosinθ t + 1/2 gt² -Vocosθ = Vosinθ+ 1/2 gt Now what?
