factorable trinomials whose first term is x^2 and last term is -16. any more suggestions?

i would write \[x^2-16=(x+4)(x-4)\] but i am not exactly sure what the question is

list all pairs of factors of 16 1,16 2,8 4,4 now assign different signs (because the last term -16 is negative) -1, +16 and +1,-16 -2, +8 and +2, -8 and +4, -4 (of course -4 , +4 is the same thing) now you have all factors that will work first set gives (x-1)(x+16) and (x+1)(x-16) feel free to finish...
