Jake used an employment agency to find him a new job. Jake has agreed to pay the agency a commission equal to 4% of his first year's salary. If the agency finds Jake a job that pays $7,500 a month, what amount of commission will Jake pay?

so 1% of 7500 is 75. multiply that by 4 to get 4%

you can remove the two 0's and just do 12 * 3 which equals y, and then you can add the two 0's back into y which will be an answer
