There are 4 people and only 1.5 sandwiches . I want to be fair . So how much does each person get ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

People please help

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please people this is my last problem!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Process 1.5 sandwiches through a meat grinder and catch the resulting material on a metric scale. Then allocate 1/4 of the total by weight to each person.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think 1/4 is the answer cause you have to be able to divide the answer, you have to do 4 people into that 1.5 and see whatg you ge7t as your answer and you said you want to be fair so you have to divide and thatg give you1/4..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry did not mean to put 7 in get

How do you divide a slice of brad like the above into four equal parts?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right down the middle,. and straight across 4 pieces look...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

bread is misspelled.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so you get what I am saying you can divide;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In the abstract, one can divide 1 by 4 and get 1/4. Then divide the 1/2 into four and get 1/8. Have no ideal what the bread parts would look like using a knife.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes get what you are saying but might turn into even parts, they have to get even to be able to get even parts gonna turn out okay;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do you agree??? ;)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I guess.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay do you think it is correct both of our answers make since so you want to put me and your answer together and make the whole answer make since..~~~okay???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well I guess we can do that it make since to me to put both together?..
