I know it's an economics question, but that section is dead. The Bureau of Labor statistics (BLS) classifies a person as employed if he/she: a. worked 15 hours on a family-owned farm during the survey week, but was not paid. b. held a part-time job while searching for full-time, permanent position c. worked as little as 1 hour for pay during the survey week d. All of the above would be classified as employed
