102.94 would be to the hundreth place
so 102.948 is to the thousandth place

And so on. Each one increases by folds of 10. 0, 10th, 100th, 1000th, 10000th....etc.

102.94848 thsi is the trick I do for rounding
put a 1 under the decimal and a 0 for every number until you have written 10000

10000 the alst zer is at 4 right? so round the 4 to 5 because the next number is 8
