If you find the least common denominator, it'll become much more transparent.  The LCD for 9 and 12 should be 108.  Multiply all fractions with the denominator of 9 by 12 and vice versa for 12. You can now ignore the denominators which will yield:

A) 48, 60, 45, 63
B) 48, 45, 63, 45
C) 45, 48, 60, 63
