how to take angular momentum on a point on a disk at a distance of r/4 from the radius directly above the radius???

This sentence does not make any sense.
why is it??? we have to determine angular momentum of a pure rolling disc about a point at a distace of r/4 from the centre directly above it.. angular velocity is omega
Well, this one does!
Work out first the angular momentum about the centre of the disc, using moment of inertia of a uniform disc about its axis. Then swap from centre to desired point by using König's theorem.
