Let your y axis be the amount of money you spend and your x axis be how many golf balls you buy. You should be able to solve it from there. Let me know if you need more help.

Plot them as lines. For whatever number of golf balls, see which line is below the other. The point at which the lines intersect is where it doesn't matter which place you go to buy them. Does that make sense?
